Your shoulders are up. Your jaw is tight. You've been staring at a screen for three hours and you haven't taken a single conscious breath.
You already know how to breathe. What you've lost is the pause.
TQF Air is a breathing app. That is all it is.
You open it. A photograph fills the screen. You tap. Five quiet breathing sequences appear, each with its own image. You choose one. You breathe.
The photograph fades in as you inhale. It holds as you hold. It fades as you exhale. Four cycles, then it stops. No prompt to continue. No streak to maintain. No score to keep.
There are no accounts. No notifications. TQF Air is free — permanently, forever.
Five sequences — each a different approach to calm breathing and relaxation breathing:
Quiet — 4s inhale, 2s hold, 6s exhale. Gentle and balanced.
Cool — 2.5s inhale, 0.8s hold, 3.2s exhale. Quick and refreshing.
Whisper — 5.5s inhale, 2.5s hold, 7s exhale. Soft and extended.
Rest — 5s inhale, 5s hold, 8s exhale. Deep and relaxing. A 4-7-8 breathing pattern.
Ground — 4s inhale, 3s hold, 5s exhale. Box breathing. Centred and stable.
Each sequence runs for four complete cycles and stops on its own. The app returns you to the photograph.
The sequences cover the main patterns of mindful breathing: box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, guided breathing for relaxation, and calm breathing for everyday moments.
This is not therapy. This is not a wellness programme. This is not a habit tracker.
It is four breaths. That is all.
