My wife and I have used this App for years. However the fairly recent transition to absolutely requiring location and pushed for precise location to be on simply for sunset times has gone too far. We only use location when traveling or planning travel if active position is needed for a time and then it is back off to save battery and data others don't need to have. So we both have uninstalled the app. It is sad to do so when it used to be a very helpful app to use. No longer beneficial.

I totally dislike the new version, the former was better and not location/gps dependent. I super dislike this version, for once it won't let me use it the app unless location/gps is on/ activated which doesn't really make sense because you feed where you are, having it on just drains the battery, it'll drained the battery without giving choice of location on only when using the app. Getting to use the app and needing to turn on the location/gps. GPS is only for GPS use, uninstalling app 😞.

This Android version gave different times yesterday for opening and closing and different latitude and longitude compared to the iOS with both iOS and Android next to each other. E.g., for Adelaide South Australia. However I just checked again and the numbers were the same. Somehow the Android app fixed itself up as the all numbers now are the same as the iOS app.
