Seamless app that is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I love the organization of the different options for the workouts. And the programs are fantastic, really well rounded and as difficult or easy as you want to make them (to a point lol, Abby is a creative evil genius making deceptively challenging workouts). So worth the subscription!

The content is amazing for what a single person can bring to the table. The app functions well, but can be improved: As more and more challenges are published by Abby, it's easy to get lost in whichever video you're supposed to follow on a given session. The option of checking off completed workout videos would help make for a smoother session by not having to look for which day of which week you're working on. Or highlighting a chosen challenge, maybe. Any type of tracking would help.

The only workouts I can do consistently! Abby is an amazing coach and I love working out along with her. I feel stronger and my mobility has improved so well with her workouts. Highly recommend! And she also has so many programs to choose from 😊
