To access all features and content you can subscribe to ANDA by Abby Pollock on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

I've been using the app for a little over a year now. I've learned so much from these workouts, because not only is she doing them with you, but she's walking you through proper form, breathing, and control throughout. this has been invaluable for me during pregnancy and postpardum. Working out is one thing, but learning to do it CORRECTLY is a whole different thing.

Have been using this app since it came out. The workouts are high quality and there are a wide variety to choose from, depending on your focus! I love how easy the app is to navigate and I enjoy how Abby, the trainer, does the workouts with you in real time. Easy for on the go, anytime, anywhere workouts!

Overall, the workouts are great! I love Abby's approach to fitness. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is due to some limitations on the app. I would like it if there was an option to mark workouts as complete/reset. There are times where I lose track of what workouts I've done. I would also like the ability to track measureable progress (rep number/dumbbell weight, ect). Would also be helpful if I can mark where series in progress or if I can brought to the top of the home page.
