I downloaded this app today and bought credits to find a rental. Most listings appear unverified, and many properties were already rented or not available. Most landlord phone numbers are also disconnected or inactive. It costs 20 credits to view each listing, so I wasted money on inaccurate information. Listings, landlord numbers, and availability should be verified before charging users. Very disappointing and not recommended.

This app feels like a scam. Many properties appear to be listed without the owners' permission, and a large number of the advertised rentals aren't actually available. I also lost credits trying to contact listings, and the app never refunded them even though the properties were unavailable. Customer support was no help, so I ended up uninstalling the app. I would not recommend this service.

Doesn't always unlock properly. Sometimes uses credits more than once for single property. Also there's a price filter in the app but not in the web. Saved properties can't be unsaved. Things are very inconsistence overall.

We are sorry that you had to face this issue. According to our system rules, a user can unlock a post only once. It was likely due to a temporary technical glitch at that moment that extra credits were deducted. We are looking into this seriously and will resolve it promptly.
