Works across Android and iPhone Steps come from Health Connect, so whatever writes to it — your phone, Wear OS, or a wearable app that syncs to Health Connect — counts.

Honest numbers Every participant's total shows when it was last synced. Scores are computed on our servers, not on anyone's phone, and late syncs still count during the grace window.

Earn badges Eight badges for streaks, wins, and milestones. Your personal stats — current streak, longest streak, lifetime steps and distance — live on your profile.
