About this app
DABdream enables the playback of DAB and DAB+ radio stations using a DAB/DAB+ USB adapter.
⚠️ If you want to use the Erisin Dual Tuner get in contact with me. A bad rating will change nothing!
ℹ️ Please make sure you have a compatible adapter! Not all manufacturers cooperate and therefore I cannot support all models.
As no internet connection is required, DABdream is ideal for enjoying digital radio in the car. Of course, this app can also be used on a tablet or smartphone if a DAB/DAB+ adapter is connected via USB OTG.
DABdream...
- supports day and night theme and automatic theme switching (e.g. by headlight status).
- allows to store found stations on up to 30 preset buttons. Swipe horizontally to switch between (preset) pages.
- auto hide presets in landscape mode.
- supports (synthetic) Service Following (automatic switch to alternative frequency if supported by station).
- displays the radio slideshow images and allows you to set them as station logo. In addition, automatic dimming can be activated to reduce the brightness of slideshow images when driving at night.
- offers the download of station logos and the import of your own station logos.
- import/export of station logo packs.
- several visualization scenes you can choose from.
- supports SWC (Steering Wheel Control).
- shows a rich station popup if player is in background.
- can prevent stuttering in case of poor signal conditions (experimental).
