Used the premium App for a year. so Then something locked me out of accessing the app. I agreed to what I thought was extending the subscription to the premium app in January '25. No, it was a 2nd subscription, that I didn't realize at the time. I found out in late February that I was charged twice for the subscription. Then I was locked out AGAIN. I've been trying to get help from a Kore technical support person, but I have only gotten replies that apologize for the inconvenience, but no

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVICE! It will not work unless you buy a subscription! Then, it does not sync properly. I keep getting a message to connect the watch to the app...which I have already done! I also do not get notifications (messages) even though I followed all the instructions! Very frustrating! STAY AWAY, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WATCH!!!!

PT 2. Well, it seems the fifth time restarting my phone is where the magic happens to reconnect the scale to the app. But it's working now. Don't give up! PT 1.It worked flawlessly since the last snafu in January of 2024. The app forced an update today when I started the app and now it won't connect to the scale. Restarted app, restarted phone, replaced batteries in scale, nada.
