Used the premium App for a year. so Then something locked me out of accessing the app. I agreed to what I thought was extending the subscription to the premium app in January '25. No, it was a 2nd subscription, that I didn't realize at the time. I found out in late February that I was charged twice for the subscription. Then I was locked out AGAIN. I've been trying to get help from a Kore technical support person, but I have only gotten replies that apologize for the inconvenience, but no

There is nowhere on the packaging or advertising d does it say say the device won't work without a subscription app. so now all my Christmas gifts are nearly worthless -unless you only use this as an overpriced scale. I purchased it for all the bells and whistles. I have no idea whether it is actually any good or not with the expensive app. So dissatisfied.

The watch is ALWAYS disconnecting from the app and it takes FOREVER to get it reconnected to the app. Customer Service doesn't get back to you until several days/weeks have passed. Plus you have to pay for the app that connects the watch to your phone after the first year. Not worth it in my opinion. It works great when it works, but it only works for a day or two if even that long before you have to go through the time consuming hassle of trying to get it to reconnect again.
