INVLocal Agent allows remote support teams to connect to, diagnose and fix issues with your GivEnergy inverter using a secure tunnel.

NOTE: This app uses a VPN profile to securely connect your home battery storage inverter to our remote support portal. The traffic is encrypted end to end and only traffic to and from our app and the support tunnel goes over the VPN - all non-agent traffic will use your internet connection. This is an opt-in feature which makes the connection more reliable. If you choose not to use this feature, you will be responsible for making sure the app is always in the foreground and does not go to sleep. Allowing your device to sleep when not using the VPN feature may lead to dropped connections.
