From the moment you start your shift to your end-of-day handover, 3Di Nexus keeps you connected to the rest of your team and the incidents you are responding to. Push notifications are delivered to officers on active duty only, so you never miss what matters and the system stays quiet when you are off shift.

- Shift Management. Start and end shifts with a guided pre-shift checklist, unit assignment, and a clear shift status indicator. The shield icon on your home screen tells you at a glance whether you are on duty.
- Incident Management. Create new incidents from the field with photos, videos, and audio evidence. View, edit, and update incident status (Reported, Responding, Resolved) in seconds. Every change is tracked in a full activity timeline.
- City Map. See live incidents on a map of your city, plan your route, and tap any pin to see the details.
- Patrol Activity Log. Submit checkpoint visits and routine patrol activity with location, evidence, and timestamp. Supervisors and city staff can review your activity through the web portal.
- Comms. Stay in sync with your team and other agencies through real-time in-app messaging. Send text, photos, and videos. Each conversation is tied to an incident or a shared group, so context never gets lost.
