A DIGITAL ADDRESS FOR YOUR BUILDING OR PLOT

DigiAddress is a digital addressing app that assigns a unique, structured digital address to fixed, addressable places.

A DigiAddress can identify a home, building, business premises, land plot, public facility, landmark, monument, or other permanent addressable place.

Unlike ordinary location sharing, a DigiAddress is not a temporary GPS point. It is permanently assigned to one specific, fixed place and does not change.

HOW A DIGIADDRESS WORKS

DigiAddress uses a structured, human-friendly format that is easy to read, type, share, and use.

Example:
NG ED 1 AA 1 AA

NG → ED → 1 → AA → 1 → AA
Country → State → LGA → Zone → Sub-Zone → Building

NG = Nigeria
ED = Edo State
1 = Local Government Area
AA = Zone
1 = Sub-Zone
AA = Building Identifier

Each part narrows the address until one specific building, plot, or other addressable place is identified.

Instead of long GPS coordinates or lengthy descriptions, DigiAddress provides a short, structured address that people and digital systems can use.

ONLINE AND OFFLINE NAVIGATION

DigiAddress includes in-app navigation for travelling to digital addresses.

Users can download maps and routing data in advance and continue navigating without an active internet connection. This is especially useful in rural communities, remote areas, and places where mobile network coverage may be weak or unavailable.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Where verification services are available, an occupant can claim the DigiAddress assigned to their building through the DigiAddress verification process.

Verified occupant information can then be linked to that address for approved verification purposes. Personal occupant information is not displayed as part of the public DigiAddress code.
