Love the prices, would love more reviews. There are very few reviews about books so you are gambling a bit. I mostly buy crafting books (crochet) I rarely get a book in bad physical shape or a bad smell. But have bought quite a few books that only have a picture of the front cover and description but are not always accurate and what is on the cover isn't always what you have contained in the book. I had one book that was AI created projects in which none of the pictures were in the book.

It takes FOREVER for them to deliver your books. I understand that ThriftBooks aren't directly responsible for that and that it's more of a shipping issue, but I simply don't have the patience for it. If you're okay with waiting for literal weeks - then go right ahead. Outside of delivery times, I think the app itself is good enough to recommend.

Thriftbooks is a fair app, though the prices have increased when I first joined, and I don't like how you see a book on the main page reads $4.99 and you go to click and get to the book and it's magically $5.99 instead. The misleading pricing is frustrating, but their stock is still really impressive. They have a lot of rare books that I have on my wishlist, and the books are often in fair condition. Overall, I've been satisfied with Thriftbooks. 4.5 stars rounded up.
