Not enough users to make it useful or fun. The idea is great, but with so few users there's not a lot of opportunities to communicate ideas. It costs money to 'throw' a question, you get $2 starting balance, and an initial text 'throw' costs around 30¢. I think you can earn if people answer your throw, but I'm not sure. The concept is brilliant, but as of now their relying heavily on ads and there aren't enough users to have a viable fan base. I'll be uninstalling, but hope they grow in future.

We really appreciate your honest review. We agree with everything you mention and are working to fix those issues. We will be shifting to a freemium business model in the next few weeks and will be introducing important improvements and features soon. If you’re curious we encourage you to take a look in a few months. Thank very much you again.

This has potential, but costing money to ask strangers on the Internet a question is ridiculous. There are other websites and apps that offer that for free. No one will want to make throws (ask questions) if it costs money. I have only answered questions on the app, but even though I marked myself available for all kinds of questions, I'm still not receiving any questions because no one is throwing. Also, the implementation of a character limit is awful. It does not allow for in-depth answers.
