This isn't just a 12 week guide packed with standard exercises, this is a workout plan that targets key body focus areas to help you achieve the best physique possible for your body type. Each guide comes prepared with the exercises you need to maximise fitness in that area and has a range from full body workouts to focusing on key muscle groups. Flexible workout routines mean you dictate your training schedule. Whether at home or the gym, choose between 3 - 5 day training days within the week. Inside The App
A digital training guide removes the need to track progress on paper. The app automatically records your workout data and stores your set history so you can always come back and see your workout stats. Recording sets and reps has also never been easier with the app's clean UI that brings a level of ease to the training programme, allowing you to focus on all that really matters in that moment - the next set and reps.

Nutrition & Diet
Nutrition is an important aspect of any top tier training programme. In order to help you achieve results, the app contains over 200 crafted meals designed to help you fuel and maintain your ever enhancing physique. Eating a balanced diet is now as easy as browsing our menu of meals with an ingredients list laid out for you in an easy to use shopping list.

Focused Training & Workouts
Choose between 3,4 and 5 training days per week to fit within your schedule. Change of circumstance? Simply change the days you can train and generate a new plan whenever you need to. Need some inspiration, have any queries or looking for advice on how to train like a pro? Visit the video library for a pool of exclusive content surrounding the whole training experience brought to you by Mike Thurston.

I'm beginning weight loss and fitness journey. First let's start with some positives. The interface is organized well. The meal plans provided with ingredients and instructions is exceptional. Now for the negatives. This app has a long way to go. The videos are glitchy and no sound provided. Consider providing instructions on videos. Buttons are not accurate. When selecting weight, it changes it once saved. If I back out of the app the timer starts all over again. Willing to purchase one fixed

I just got this app today. I went to update my progress after typing in my current weight and uploading a photo and it keeps redirecting me to a "critical error occured" page. The page also says "This is embarrassing. We sincerely apologize for this." It gave me the option to relaunch or quit but then the page closes before I can do anything. I have a screenshot of the page that pops up. If you can help me with updating my progress that would be great. I paid for a 3 month subscription.

Buggy/hard to navigate. Shows next workout from the wrong week. Inputting reps and weight takes multiple tries to get it to show completed. Many different locations to click are slightly off and you have to click all around them to select. Some form tutorial videos don't load and have to be clicked again. Good program and very informative, just programmed very, very poorly.
