Day one was fine. Day two, couldn't get it to connect to my app. It paired with my phone, but not the app. Tried deleting toothbrush from app, tried deleting app and reinstalling, tried reaching out to customer "support" but never got a response. I'm returning this toothbrush to Amazon. Don't waste your time or your money.

Will not allow more than 5 letters for names. **when you are finished brushing and close app it stays running in the background. Only way to close app is to force close it in android settings

Can't register to use the app. It sets you up to have to register, requiring a code, but the app doesn't send you a code, so it's totally bugged.
