App is good but there are some big problems in it first the list of the nutritions and food is not complete and there should be way more things in there second u didnt mention how to eat them , boiled or cook or ! just giving enough information that which way would make the most out of the food third i saw some people do the exercises wrongly and for that u should add youtube link for teaching how to do the exercise and not just a short gif i change my rating when the update sovled them thanks

Nice exercises, not too hard but not to easy so you can get the effect. I really like rhe nutrition section that tells you what food you should eat and what it gives you the most ( protein, calcium, vitamins, etc). Great app would reccomend

You should change some exercise like roll over pilates, straight leg raise and other which can risk the Breakage of necks and can lead to cervical spinaldosis. For 2 months exercise I got cervical spinaldosis. Now I have to wait for 2 months to heal back. Without doing any exercises.
