Welcome your guests professionally and without queues. With the ticketYoo Check-in app, you can scan tickets with your camera, check in visitors in real time, and instantly print the corresponding name badge – all from one app.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Lightning-fast check-in: Scan QR codes with your camera and admit guests in seconds.

• Targeted access per station: Define which tickets are valid for each entrance or area – e.g., VIP only, workshop tickets, or day tickets. Each station only allows access for its intended audience.

• On-site upgrades: Add extra tickets directly at the entrance – ideal for upgrades, companions, or walk-in guests.

• Prevent duplicate entries: Tickets that have already been checked in are recognized immediately.

• Print name badges: Direct printing to Brother and Zebra label printers (network & Bluetooth) – automatically at check-in or at the touch of a button.

• Live Overview: Real-time check-ins and statistics, even with multiple devices simultaneously at the entrance.

• Import External Tickets: Codes imported from other systems can also be checked in.

• Multiple Events & Roles: Your team only needs the permissions required for each event.

DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

Data protection isn't an add-on for us, it's fundamental:
