This app is taking me on an endless loop to nowhere at the Login/Register pane. I guess I don't have to say anything more.

just avoid this, there is no coordination internally between them if you need help, get a bigger app or direct book your thing. Once help is needed, they will ping pong you and ask you to wait, which then got cancelled

it's insane when I was ordered my FIRST hotel reservation, which became the LAST order due to payment problem. I've properly paid the order using e-wallet, but the order status wasn't changed until the payment limit is over. The problem is? My money taken for nothing! I've contacted the customer service but they work soooooo slow. I have to make report and have to wait HOURS only to get the update. Do you think playing with someone's money is fun?
