they work with third party vendors and the vendors are not very reliable. I would recommend using something else other than this app. The customer service representatives do not help you much because to them all bookends are final regardless whether the service was actually rendered or not.

Uninstall! Purchased, paid within the time frame but by the time I want to check in my booking did not exist. 1. contact CS, they blamed me for paying late 2. have email proof & transfer proof not late (seriously whats wrong with u guys u cannot even check payment?) 3. they decide retur AFTER 1 hour waiting. If thats your default answer, just put it in TnC : we cannot guarantee you can get the promised rate, if you are unlucky we will retur money (with many other TnC before u can receive money

Previously i gave 5 star. But because of some issue that cannot be solve related with refund, i give you 1 star. I already become loyal customer for long time ago. But because of small cases that i thing to absurd, i decided to leave this apps and move to manual or another apps. Apologize and thanks
