Ratings and reviews

Apps crashing and won't let user try to look at the info despite knowing how high the demand is. Not really real time and no refresh. Very hard to use, because even pick the ticket button it's still need to direct to the same page as the detail button. And even when you pick the detail button it won't instantly goes to reserved the ticket. Very unnecessary long intermission time between waiting for payment(despite very high demand) making it hard for the other to have chance to get the ticket.

I have been using this apps for a long time because of the user friendly search results. But within this few months this apps have a lot of technical issues such as: seat availability no longer accurate, after when you click and place order it just mentioned seat no longer available, reschedule to other flight not functioning, Guarantee Low Price form not found even that the currency setting is correct. Do not know what happen to the app, needs improvement.

this application is often broken, exits itself even when ordering concert tickets or train tickets cannot. even though the signal is very good, good and smooth. this is very annoying, 2 times I tried the result is the same. I always hope there are changes in this application
