App was useless for a trip I recently took. It wouldn't allow me to load my reservation. I had to re-enter my information every time I wanted to check anything with my reservation. Even then, it did not allow me to enter my mileage plan number until check-in. I got zero notifications through the app, such as gate info or when my flight was delayed. It was like flying in the 1990s.

Awful design. Nearly every page opens the website in-app, which is already horribly difficult to use and very few of their website pages are optimized for mobile. Also frustrated that there's no way to attach my existing reservation (booked through a partner airline) to my account. I have to enter my e-ticket number every time. The app is therefore pretty much useless.

This airline has no integrity, when things happen they really don't bother. my flight was cancelled by the airline due to unforeseen event, therefore I'm eligible for change of flight. But the replacement they given is really out of selection due to my work schedule. ANA don't have the flexibility and is very demanding when it come with Involuntary Flight change. They just don't bother at all, the attitude given was just take it or leave it. I definitely won't be taking ANA any
