downloaded the app but it only allows you to purchase the pass. I wanted to try the bike Via Qr scaning but the option was not there to scan. It doesn't allows you to use the bike for hourly rate which is truly disappointed.

App is not working and not able to ride. Very bad experience Maintenance is very poor. No break. No oiling. I fall down and was injured because of break. Pl refund my amount. 12.11.25

at first I paid for 349 for 3 months then it showed an option to upgrade to pro pass at 49. I paid 49rs for that but it's not updated in the app and It's showing 349rs pass only. worst part is there is no option to reach customer care. pathetic
