I was able to access the pass finally and took one ride after that on the second day again it showed that the dock is not available. And couldn't access the bike, this is quite disappointing as I have paid for 3 months subscription and still I wasn't able to use the resources when I wanted to , please look into it and resolve the issue asap Update. My issue was resolved and i am satisfied .

It's good to have it but I personally found issues and can't say I had comfortable ride. Bicycles are not well maintained. Few in my society are not having brakes and few are not having enough air to ride. At a time, hardly we can find a single bicycle which are in good condition. Seems like my subscription is wasted.

Getting stuck after entering apartment details. Just showing 'we just need a few...' No input window after that. Tried 4-5 times Edit: The support team released a fix after writing to them and it's working now. Many Thanks
