OMG no access to pictures when you Down load to phone. The app is a little clunky , but it works for recording. The big super problem is when you use the download feature to phone. The pictures can only be seen in the App,but are not accessible to the photo gallery so you can transfer the images from the App. Basically it makes this App useless. Why would they make am App where the pictures are stuck in the App and can't be transferred out.

I had to figure out how to make it work because the app wasn't saving the dash cam videos to my phone. I kept getting error messages saying "file not find" with the download path it was looking for. I opened my file explorer, created the pathway myself and it has since worked perfectly. Not sure why the app didn't/couldn't create the pathway itself but luckily I was able to do it myself. Other than that, the app works great.

This is an absolute waste of time. The app is not really intuitive and does not come with any instructions for the settings. Half of the time it does not even seem to work. To add insult to injury my car was vandalized and it recorded nothing. I purchased this as a feature from the dealer and it simply is ineffective. I will be getting a replacement when the car comes out of the shop.
