so much potential to be much more automated. it's difficult to find the job I look for, this could be more intuitive or forgiving when spellings etc are unknown. difficult to remember to log in and out. why can't we clock in once in the morning and then be tracked - I'm logging driving hours if moving, I'm at a job if I'm not. updating missed clock ins is such an issue that I often can't get thru the process and end up not getting paid, adding up to hundreds of $ in lost reimbursements.

I have to give these guys 5 stars for their stellar service team. I'm a convert from MileIQ. It was getting pretty frustrating for a while because the app was forgetting comments that I added during a job, but that's fixed. Reporting is simple with Ashleigh helping a great deal. There aren't many companies that you can pick up a phone and get help with any more, and you'd expect a company to get more 'automated' as time goes by. But Timeero hasn't done that, and I appreciate it.

From a privacy perspective, I have serious issues with an app requiring background location tracking, even when the app is not in use. At this time I cannot even access the app without allowing "all-the-time" location access. This is not cool. I also supervise a team of 17 employees, who use this app at remote sites, and where I need their GPS bread crumbs. My employees, as well as myself, are reporting lot of issues since the latest update, especially with the jobs screen not loading.
