The app is horrible.It can put your stress level data in the SpO2 data!! For some unknown reason sleep data stopped updating one fine morning. The interface not upto the mark either. Updated to the latest version on 20.07.2026 Still as horrible as ever. Keeps on saying my watch is not connected even when it's connected. The distance I walked once showed 3.5 KM now reads 2.2 KM!! Try to make it user friendly and useful rather than introducing gimmicks like avatars and fancy watch faces.

useful features it has good display and touch response this watch is only good to watch time, stopwatch, change music, set reaminder and to pick up the call that's it. EVERYTHING ELSE IS USELESS SHOWES WRONG READINGS, YOU CAN'T SET ALARM, TRACKERS WERE EXTREMELY WRONG, I RECOMMEND DON'T BUY THESE TYPE OF BUDGET WATCHES WASTE OF MONEY.

I was genuinely excited to buy this Timex smartwatch because I trusted the brand and expected a smooth experience. Instead, I spent more time in the app struggling with the login process than actually using the watch. The app keeps failing during sign-in, and without logging in, the smartwatch is practically useless. It's incredibly disappointing to spend your hard-earned money on something you're excited about, only to be stopped by such a basic issue. 😡😡
