Why do they even have an app? I can’t even log in. Edit: After posting this comment, I received a call within three days and they solved my issue. I really liked the service; my issue was resolved hassle-free. 👏(I had logged in to this app once previously so that's how they had my number, If you're logging in for first time and having issues you should mail them)

There is no accuracy in tracking at all. Sleep tracking does not work even when the watch is worn throughout the entire night. The app is also poorly designed and does not function properly. Overall, this is the worst product and the worst app experience. Instead of buying a Timex watch, I strongly recommend choosing any other brand. At least other watches provide reasonably accurate step tracking, but with this watch, not even a single sensor works properly. I am using Timex NexGen watch

Too many glitches. (1)The cycling tracker is not tracking distance but shows only time and some calories burnt. (2) whatsapp notifications from muted groups keep getting shown on the watch as checking whatsapp messages at random intervals. (3) not all calls get diverted to the watch,but when I pick it up on the phone, there's a display on the watch showing the call is happening. This sort of sloppy work is not expected from a company like timex, specially at this price point
