Why do they even have an app? I can’t even log in. Edit: After posting this comment, I received a call within three days and they solved my issue. I really liked the service; my issue was resolved hassle-free. 👏(I had logged in to this app once previously so that's how they had my number, If you're logging in for first time and having issues you should mail them)

Too many glitches. (1)The cycling tracker is not tracking distance but shows only time and some calories burnt. (2) whatsapp notifications from muted groups keep getting shown on the watch as checking whatsapp messages at random intervals. (3) not all calls get diverted to the watch,but when I pick it up on the phone, there's a display on the watch showing the call is happening. This sort of sloppy work is not expected from a company like timex, specially at this price point

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I purchased the watch without checking reviews, assuming it would function as expected, but the experience has been very frustrating. While the watch itself seems to work, the mobile application is completely unusable. I am unable to even log in the app repeatedly asks for an email but does not proceed further. This basic functionality failure makes the entire product ineffective. It has been several days since the purchase, still issue not resol
