Very helpful app, but a bit confusing. What happens when the star on the top left gets filled? And how do you fill it? I've been using the app for almost two hours and the star is almost filled, but never gets there. Also, when it's playing notes, I could swear that either some of the frequencies are off by almost a half step or the colored dots are in the wrong place, especially in the higher notes of the A and E strings. Maybe it's just me.

If only had it a few days but it has dramticly helped me learn to read sheet music. I really like how it teaches you how to know not only the notes but which string it is intended to be played on also. If went from not being able to read at all to being able to transpose sheet music into tablature within 3 times of using it. I havnt seen anything better plus it's free so I would give it five stars but I havnt had time to see if there are any flaws yet.

Good app. Perfect for beginner violin players who want to become fluent in reading the notation and training the ear to identify the correct notes. The "play" section can sometimes be a little confusing. Also, maybe more functions like a tuner, metronome, etc. could be incorporated which would make it more complete.
