Blossom Sweeper is a cozy logic puzzle game for anyone who likes Minesweeper, Sudoku, and a good brain puzzle.

If you have played Minesweeper, you are already halfway there. Every numbered clue counts the Suns touching it, exactly the way a mine count works.

From there the board hands you answers. Place one Sun and its light runs the length of its row and column, ruling out every tile it crosses. That narrows the clue beside it, which forces the next Sun. Move by move, the shade lifts.

Then the two puzzles part ways. Minesweeper asks you to find what is hidden and keep away from it. Blossom Sweeper asks you to put back what is missing, in plain sight, with no mine to step on and no board lost to a fifty-fifty guess. And light travels: every Sun you set down changes a whole row and column, not just the tiles beside it. One solution per puzzle, always reachable by logic.

Blossom Sweeper is a logic puzzle game set in one summer garden, and the garden has a problem. Hedges, walls and old stone throw a shade that never lifts, and nothing blooms in the dark, not even in the middle of summer, not anywhere the afternoon cannot reach. So you bring the light yourself, one Sun at a time. After dusk the Suns hand over to Fireflies and the work carries on into a summer night. Solve a board and it answers all at once: every lit tile opens into a flower.

HOW TO PLAY
• A Sun lights its own tile and shines along its row and column until something blocks it.
• Number = Suns touching. A numbered clue needs exactly that many beside it.
• No Sun in another's light. Two Suns may never see each other along a row or column.
• Light every tile. When the whole garden is lit, the puzzle is solved.
Mark the tiles you have ruled out, the same flagging habit Minesweeper teaches, and the next move usually shows itself.
