About this app

FolderMirror copies the folders you choose to another folder, an SD card or a USB drive, and keeps every copy safe. Your source is only read, and nothing in the destination is ever overwritten, renamed or deleted.

• Preview each backup first: new, changed, unchanged and skipped files plus the amount of data to copy
• Changed files are saved as a new dated version next to the older copy
• Each copy is read back and checked against the original before it counts as done
• Stop any time; the next run continues where it left off
• Skip hidden files, chosen file types such as tmp or log, and files above a size limit
• Run backups daily or weekly in the background
• See each run in the history with copied files, new versions and a clear reason for any failure, and share a text report

A backup pair can hold up to 5,000 files; split very large folders into several pairs.
