A meeting planner strip lays the whole day out side by side and shades each hour as working, early or late, or asleep for every location at once, so a workable window is immediately obvious. Tap a candidate hour and the app shows the exact local time in every zone, ready to copy into an invitation. You can save your frequent meeting scenarios with custom notes, making it fast and easy to load the optimal time for your recurring standups. Daylight saving transitions are handled automatically, including the weeks when regions shift on different dates.
