Ratings and reviews

This app is a buggy mess that is a sorry web wrapper. The login is not the same as when you go to order online via desktop, turns out the listed store hours are incorrect (it showed as closed when I was standing inside the store), and not all locations even accept the app rewards. Also half the time the interface doesn't work and sometimes doesn't connect at all.

absolutely love the app, really pretty but two complaints: points, if not redeemed, expire WAY too fast. Second, every single time I've tried scanning at my only location, they have major problems (redeeming and just scanning for points) it's a whole 5 minute ordeal.

I downloaded this app after Tous les Jours stopped using Five Star. I went through the hassle of creating an account, received an invite for a pack of free cookies and when I clicked on the notification to open the app for the cookies only to find the app logged me out and refused my log in. Not impressed. And gives little to no incentive to use it or return to Tous les Jours.
