This application does not represent any government entity. This app is managed by the Tuen Mun District Health Center, which is operated by the Christian Lutheran Church of Hong Kong and is committed to serving the community and meeting the health needs of residents.

The "Quick Click" mobile application combines exercise and technology to allow citizens to manage their health more comprehensively. Users can use the sports wristband launched by the Tuen Mun District Health Center and connect it to the app to easily record their steps, distance and heart rate.
The "Quick Click" app also adds inter-organization challenge and dragon and tiger ranking functions to promote healthy competition. Download "Quick Click" now to participate in more community activities and establish a healthy lifestyle.
