very bad service. exceeded the maximum expected delivery time by 20 min. food arrived cold. the delivery man said he has 10 orders to be delivered at the same time. no location tracking is available and sometime it's giving a location that changes quickly to different far location. not recommended at all.

You need to improve this app in many ways. First, there are limited grocery stores in some areas. Second, most of the orders are being cancelled. Third, the app is not tracking the delivery correctly. Fourth, the app is not responding sometimes. Fifth, even if I choose a schedule time, they don't follow the instructions. The app keep crashing after the new update each time there is a new issue. Now it requires me to re-enter my address each time I order 😒

Extremely unprofessional customer service. My order was canceled, when I tried to contact via live chat, they started the chat then ignored me.. They open the chat so they look like they are workong and doing their job, but he was not amswering any questions. This is unacceptable.
