Ratings and reviews

You need to improve this app in many ways. First, there are limited grocery stores in some areas. Second, most of the orders are being cancelled. Third, the app is not tracking the delivery correctly. Fourth, the app is not responding sometimes. Fifth, even if I choose a schedule time, they don't follow the instructions. The app keep crashing after the new update each time there is a new issue. Now it requires me to re-enter my address each time I order 😒

Horrible service. They cancel the orders without even contacting the customer and it's extremely embarrassing if you have guests at home waiting for the food and the host doesn't even know that the order is cancelled. Moreover, they take days to refund the money paid for the cancelled order. so if you don't have enough money for reordering, your guests won't have food on the table.

Pathetic Service – Waste of Time Worst app ever. Ordered 2 simple meals at 1 PM — nothing complicated. After 1 full hour, the useless tracker was still stuck on “preparing.” No update, no response, no delivery. What a joke! This app completely wasted my time and spoiled lunch. If they can’t handle the most basic order, what’s the point of existing? Straightaway uninstalled. Don’t bother downloading this garbage.
