There's an issue where card payments don't work, it's been going on for weeks. I tried using a different card, it didn't work, I tried uninstalling and installing the app, it still doesn't work. It also doesn't have a lot of restaurants.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. My order was canceled, when I tried to contact via live chat, they started the chat then ignored me.. They open the chat so they look like they are workong and doing their job, but he was not amswering any questions. This is unacceptable.

Horrible service. They cancel the orders without even contacting the customer and it's extremely embarrassing if you have guests at home waiting for the food and the host doesn't even know that the order is cancelled. Moreover, they take days to refund the money paid for the cancelled order. so if you don't have enough money for reordering, your guests won't have food on the table.
