Ratings and reviews

You need to improve this app in many ways. First, there are limited grocery stores in some areas. Second, most of the orders are being cancelled. Third, the app is not tracking the delivery correctly. Fourth, the app is not responding sometimes. Fifth, even if I choose a schedule time, they don't follow the instructions. The app keep crashing after the new update each time there is a new issue. Now it requires me to re-enter my address each time I order 😒

This app needs a lot of work. Live chat doesn't work. Call centre doesn't work. They don't reply on their Instagram page. No way to inquire about an order that is taking too long, and no way to contact the delivery driver. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Some of the offers in the app are fake, and the cart doesn't reflect the offer. Edit: 7 months later, nothing has changed. Spend less on promoting the app, and more on development.

There's an issue where card payments don't work, it's been going on for weeks. I tried using a different card, it didn't work, I tried uninstalling and installing the app, it still doesn't work. It also doesn't have a lot of restaurants.
