Ratings and reviews

Right after I ordered food, a primary button appeared at the bottom of the page prompting me to join the premium plan. It was very easy to tap by mistake, with no confirmation step. It charged me and added the plan instantly. There's no automatic refund either. You have to contact support, which can take days.

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced, and I strongly do not recommend it. They have no office in the UAE, which makes accountability very limited. Several of my items were canceled, yet they refused to reimburse me, claiming the cancellations were not in their system. I also received orders with missing items, and again they declined refunds for the same reason. Their system issues should not be the customer’s responsibility, especially after payment has been taken.

If you join pro &then later cancel they put a trap on the page where says something about renewal. If you accidentally touch ANY part of that section, it will flash briefly but not change the information to let you know they just renewed you. I discovered this when they charged my card for June. No response to refund request. Went into app again and discovered the problem above so again I canceled and then deleted my account and uninstalled the app. Their programmers are trying to trick us.
