Good application but if possible make the delivery driver accept the order before sending to the restaurant and show his info in the tracking page. Many time the food was ready in the restaurant but the driver not showing. Enable the chat function with the driver after accepting the order. I hope you rectify these problems and make it to the top apps

Worst customer service I've ever seen, whenever i use the live chat function im either met with the slowest response ever which would take aound 10 minutes at least, or i dont even receive a response at all. I can't even cancel the order if its too delayed, i somtimes have to wait an hour or 2 just to get a call of my order being canceled or worse i cant even cancel it some other times because customer service is is so useless it feels like im talking to brick wall.

Terrible tracking, poor service, barely any way to communicate with customer support, order took an hour to arrive and the call center didn't pick up at all, worst delivery app avaliable on the market.
