I can't register because it says that I'm using an unofficial version of the app even though I installed it directly from here

I use this app to manage my university tasks, but the experience has been quite frustrating. The system often freezes and takes a long time to load pages. In addition, it crashes frequently when I try to upload assignments. Overall, the platform feels unreliable and difficult to use.

Not really good as i m not able to see what grades i m getting daily. I can see only mid term and final results. But i would like to get every single mark. Please take it into consideration
