Worst customer service ever Top up 1.000.000 RP in order to pay indihome ... top up did not enter, even though money left. Called the customer service. Rudest staff I have ever seen , 1 hang up on me, called again , other one just said " just send an email " I will try and write a complain right away on the website. You guys really need to work on your customer service quality, I am disgusted by the people that picked up the phone ... I definitely do not recommend using this app for payments

Very bad experience! I've tried to upgrade my account however I didn't receive any notification until now. And just tried to buy a credit but my account is suddenly blocked. The customer service also didn't help me

has very limited service, I request upgrade more than 5 times and still not granted, now I can't do things like transfer or top up e-money. better leave this app, they made it only to pay your indihome internet. what a waste from Telkom
