I have been ordering for about 8 months now . The quality of the product are the best you can get reasonable priced and very fast delivery i receive order in 3 to 4 days in standard shipping. The customer service is good response in time. I had a payment related issue recently but solved with in 12 hours . Till date the product I have order I had no issues. the only downside is the app the app is very slow and the search algorithm they use thakes 4 sec to show results and there are a few bugs .

Type of products and time of delivery is excellent but the delivery service by bluedart is the worst. I faced worst experience today. Everytime I used to take less than 20 min. Because of some busy in college, the delivery boy went by the time I went and just arguing very arrogantly. Better create something in app only to review about the delivery and returning back items and so on . Only in that way app and your delivery services needs some improvement. But remaining are soo good. Thank you

Most of the items are copies or refurbished. They don't check their items before sending for delivery. I got a defective 4S lipo battery and I'm struggling for the return of that lipo battery. They don't even assign for the return pickup for that defective battery.
