Recently Purchased AV to HDMI but received HDMI to Av. Asked for return and send the converter required or refund. Till now it is not resolved not refunded. My experience is disappointing and no one calls and asks the issue from customer care aswell. Without my concent they are closing the issue without resolution. This is not correct.

The website is good overall but the app doesn't open web links properly so I always have to open the link in a new tab. If you fix this and other aesthetics, you have a good business overall
