ONCE upon a time, I was very happy with robu inventory & prices, and was a regular. I had a rude awakening when they sent me a wrong item & it cost me courier charges & one MONTH of follow up to get that fixed. Now I had 80+items in cart and it said session expired, relogin. And I find the cart empty, and they are not bothered to restore the data. Well, there's no dearth of online mailers of chinese parts, and most of them don't have robu's arrogance, so it's bye-bye robu.

The service is really good and helpful. however the purchase experience is very bad. 1. There's no way to exclude out of stock items when searching or browsing the pro category. 2. The mobile app won't show sort option for search results items. 3. Product with minimum order quantity is not properly marked, so that during checkout cart shows an error warning with sku codes and not actual product name, which is difficult to identify and change.(eg when purchasing resistors like 10 units or so).

It would be highly beneficial if components such as SMPS ICs and linear voltage regulators—found in devices like mobile phones, TVs, and laptops—were made available. Additionally, it would be excellent to have access to display panels (for phones and laptops), as well as various other specialized components and ICs used in these devices.
