I haven't been able to access the workouts on the app in months. I'm a gold member but all workouts are locked. Then when I tried to log out, I get an error message. I tried reaching out to customer service but haven't received a response. Today the app stopped working completely and it just crashes when I open it. Luckily the website still works fine but the app does not work. (Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra)

Hello Helen, I am sorry you're having trouble with the app. Please try clearing your app cache, removing and reinstalling the app, if you are using cellular data try using WiFi connection and vs. If you are still having trouble, please call, email or chat with a live agent on our site during regular business hours. App worked until it didn't basically all workouts are locked. Website still works. Customer service is not helpful. Gave advice such as clear cache and reinstall etc none of that ever worked &then they would stop replying. Messaging the Facebook page seemed to work the best. They pretty much ignore other communications. After almost a month of not being able to get the app to work i was able to get a refund through their Facebook page

Hello Elaine, I am sorry to hear you are continuing to have trouble with the app. Please check for any applicable app updates, try logging out and logging back in, connecting to WiFi if not connected and vs. disconnecting from WiFi to use cellular data only. I like the variety of workouts available with the premium membership. Good variety by type of workout, length of workout, and skill level required. Works great on both my phone and my fire stick tv. This is perfect for those like myself that want to take classes, but prefer to exercise at home. Plus, it's nice to be able to pause the workout when your out of shape self needs a break. Lol.
