Customer service needs improvement. it's really frustrating that I can't talk to a live person as I have a question about my membership. They're telling me that the subscription is through Google Play but when I go to Google Play, there are no subscriptions! So I don't know if I'll be charged by the renewal date! Really frustrating and unprofessional!

As you signed up for membership through the app, it must be cancelled through the app. Our customer service is available by phone, Live chat, or email Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST if you have further questions. I paid for a yearly Premium membership back in January. The options were decent because of the variety, but now (four months later) you have to "subscribe" and therfore pay more! The videos I saved before are no longer available to watch because 98% of their workout videos aren't accessible with a premium membership. I highly would NOT recommend.

Hello, You have full access to your Premium benefits but logging into your membership. This includes hundreds of hours of videos, articles, downloads and advice from our experts. If you have further questions regarding your membership, please call, email or chat with a Live agent on our site during regular business hours. Thanks!

I haven't been able to access the workouts on the app in months. I'm a gold member but all workouts are locked. Then when I tried to log out, I get an error message. I tried reaching out to customer service but haven't received a response. Today the app stopped working completely and it just crashes when I open it. Luckily the website still works fine but the app does not work. (Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra)

Hello Helen, I am sorry you're having trouble with the app. Please try clearing your app cache, removing and reinstalling the app, if you are using cellular data try using WiFi connection and vs. If you are still having trouble, please call, email or chat with a live agent on our site during regular business hours.
