Diet emergency is an application that allows you to easily control your nutrition, monitor the effects and store the results. In our application you will find a diet, menu, diary, guide and training timer.

The Diet Emergency Service application is much more than a calorie calculator or a way to lose weight. In the application, developed by a group of clinical dietitians from Poradnia Ajwendieta, you will find as many as 7 diets and 18 menus, dedicated to people who are trying to lose weight, athletes, as well as people suffering from autoimmune diseases, including Hashimoto's disease or RA, people who have insulin resistance and want to eat well. low-carbohydrate or high-carbohydrate, have intestinal problems, histamine intolerance.

Diets available in the application include: paleo diet, autoimmune protocol, samurai diet, vegetarian, vegan and ketogenic diet, and for each of them you will get applicable rules, recommended and prohibited products, solutions to the most common problems, additional tips and a detailed menu.

Thanks to the built-in cookbook, counting calories and eating healthy is a simple matter - you can scale each of the available healthy recipes according to the number of portions prepared, and the nutritional values ​​and list of ingredients will also adapt to your assumptions.

In addition to diets and menus, the application has:
• Dietary guide - over 1,700 articles, videos, e-books, plus a pocket reader (audiobook) and an advanced search engine

Write down what you eat and drink every day to keep track of your diet. You can write down how you felt after the meal, add a photo of both a meal outside the menu and a meal from a dedicated menu in the nutritional program you choose. With one click, you will automatically record a meal from the menu in your diary.

You can also record your sleep, its duration and quality, as well as your training, its duration, intensity and well-being. If you use a training timer, after completing your training you will save it in your diary with one click. You will also note your bowel movements and related problems in the diary; you can also add your selfie to document, for example, the condition of your skin or figure during the diet.

Also write down the pleasures you give yourself during the day, not only the nutritional ones, your sins, e.g. chocolates or cake, and measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, musculature or measurements of various parts of the body. You can adjust the diary view to your needs - you can simply uncheck the categories you want to hide at any time. They will still be in the diary, but only you will know about it.

The diary in the premium version is synchronized with the server, so you won't lose your records when you lose your device or want to change to another one.

Thanks to the built-in timer, you can train in intervals running in the background, e.g. perform TABATA or HIIT training, or walking-running. You set any duration of exercise, duration of rest and number of rounds. E.g. running for 3 minutes and walking for 1 minute. You put your phone in your pocket and the chimes tell you what to do. After training, you will automatically write it down in your diary.

This is a dictionary of dietary terms explained in the simplest possible language. If a term is unclear, e.g. heartburn, reflux, allergy, intolerance, you will find it here. The dictionary is updated with new entries every month.
