Write down what you eat and drink every day to keep track of your diet and physical activity. In it, you can save what you ate and how you felt after the meal, as well as add a photo of both a meal outside the menu and a meal from a dedicated menu in the nutrition program of your choice. With one click, you will automatically save a meal from the menu in the diary.
You can also save sleep, its duration and quality, training, its time, intensity and well-being, if you use the training timer, after training you will save it in your diary with one click, bowel movements and related problems, you can also add your selfie to document, for example, the condition of your skin or figure during a diet.
In the diary, also write down the pleasures that you give yourself during the day, not only the nutritional ones, your sins, e.g. chocolates or cake, and measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, musculature or measurements of various parts of the body.
The diary allows you to view history, but take it easy! You can select what you want to show to your friends or loved ones, if you don't want them to see intimate details from your life, just uncheck them and that's it. They will still be in the diary, but only you will know about it.
The diary in the premium version is synchronized with the server so you won't lose your records when you lose your device or want to change to another one.
The principle of the timer is that you can train in intervals running in the background. You can do TABATA or HIIT training, or, for example, walking and running. You set any effort duration, rest duration and number of rounds. E.g. running for 3 minutes and walking for 1 minute. You put your phone in your pocket and gongs tell you what to do. After training, you will automatically save it in the diary.
It's a glossary of diet terms explained in the simplest possible language. If any password is unclear, e.g. heartburn, reflux, allergy, intolerance, you will find it right here. The glossary is updated with new entries every month.
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions, e.g. is coffee healthy, can I lose weight by doing crunches, how to strengthen immunity, how to improve the quality of sleep. The guide is regularly updated with new passwords.
The application was developed by a group of clinical dietitians of the Ajwendieta clinic. In the application you will also find sources of knowledge (bibliography).
