Ringlo is a paid subscription app. You get a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked — no credit card needed to start. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep using Ringlo:

It's ok for now . Been using it for 2 weeks, only trouble I had was the app kept disconnecting from my ring and I re installed it twice. Haven't had any issues after that but I will let you know if it keeps acting up. Update: The company notified me promptly via email and the problem was taken care of immediately. I also had a previous issue with the app and the company was professional and answered my issue/fixed in a timely manner.

disconnects too often corrected! Scott at Ringlo is very helpful and the customer service was excellent! I get emails answered within 24 hrs and in some cases minutes/hrs. I like that they listen to the users and are open to input on improving. They now have almost all of my rings available!! Keep up the good work!

Scott helped me out a ton with ring bugs and changes. Changing it from 4 to 5 stars for customer service. It's rare these days to get responses to feedback that aren't scripted. Thank you for the step goal slider fix!

What’s new

Sleep: if reading your ring gets interrupted part-way, the rest of the night is now added to what was already saved instead of replacing it, so you no longer lose half a night.

When your ring replies with something we can't read, we now say so plainly instead of telling you it had no sleep stored.

Fixed a problem where the app could say you had never synced even though your data was safely saved.

Plus reliability improvements and better diagnostics when pairing doesn't work.
