I've never seen anything worse. First time I subscribed, I allowed auto-renewal subscription but to my dismay, I got debited and yet had no access to content. I complained numerous time but eventually, after 2 months got a refund and promise of one month free access as compensation and assurance that bugs have been fixed. 3 months later, nothing received. Again, 2nd Jan 2023, they debited me twice and to my dismay again, no way to reach the customer service. Don't know what to do now

Not recommended at all, especially for TV viewing. Imagine watching a football match that lags every five seconds—it’s extremely frustrating. Customer support only adds to the problem, and their AI agent is very poor. Nothing works properly. Once my subscription ends, I will never use this app again. I strongly advise others to avoid it if they don’t want the same experience.

After seeing all the negative reviews I understand what everyone is talking about now about just how bad this app is and which is why I just took a month subscription to test it and honestly one of the worst buffering and lags I have ever seen for live events from any app I have ever subscribed to. No matter the sport I receive phone notification the game is over and on TV and additional 10mins to go. Subscription rights to some sports but offering sub level services. 5+ hours and not working
