Ratings and reviews

The app is not very good. I don't recommend line 2. App will hang up even when Internet strength is full. I will often get logged out and don't know it. Clients get busy signals even when I'm not using the phone or I get a message that I missed a call even though phone is next to me not in use. Too many other issues to list them all here. Gave up on the desktop version as well. even with tech support I could not get it to work. As soon as I get a new phone with dual sim slots I'm done with line2

Research this app first! Luckily for them, there are no "0" ratings. Truly disappointed, prepare to pay in advance for the entire year (there is no monthly option as they advertise). To top that off, if you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you are not entitled to a refund of the rest of your money that you paid in advance. Total rip off. PLEASE research your options, prior to selecting this one-- there are honest choices out there and this one is not one of them! Contact the BBB!

It generally works. UI is a little clunky, and I do run into technical problems a couple times a year or so it seems. I've thought about going to just carrying 2 phones because it is clearly short of my phone's standard calling and texting features. That said, it does still seem to be the best option I can find as far as apps go.
