Try to cancel a first time they proposed me a 99.9$/month discount that I accepted. What a surprise to realize the price was still the same so I canceled a second time, they said "sad to see you go" and send no confirmation email for the cancelation. Naturally I still got charge few months after the cancelation and realized I had to cancel a 3rd time. (Still haven't receive any confirmation email for the cancellation btw) What a deception, only drive by money, to avoid at all cost.

It's such a shame that a platform with such great content has such a bad app. It bugs all the time, I get frustrated because I can't watch the videos without it shutting down at least 15 times. Then you have to start it up all over again and find the class you were listening to. I hope this gets fixed in the future.

Tonebase content gets 5 stars, always. I've been having a lot of problems with the platform both on the app and using Google Chrome. I hope their tech team receives the feedback as my lifetime membership account is currently unusable. Specifically, 1 video keeps starting over and over with no way to stop it so that after 1 minute I have at least 10 versions playing simultaneously that each have a different starting point. Hoping it's fixed soon. App missing functionality like full screen video.
