About this app

Transport by Tonsetech is the driver app for the Akazte Transport Management System. It puts your assigned trips, delivery stops, and paperwork on your phone and keeps your dispatch team updated as you work.

Transport by Tonsetech is for drivers whose company uses Akazte. Your company sets up your account and gives you your sign-in details.

Open the app and see today's summary: how many trips are assigned, active, completed, or failed, with your trips for the day listed underneath.

EVERY TRIP IN DETAIL
• Pickup and delivery addresses, contacts and scheduled times
• Customer, vehicle and trip notes
• A full activity timeline of everything that has happened on the trip
• Filter your trips by status or date

Move each trip forward with one tap: accepted, started, at pickup, picked up, in transit, at delivery, delivered. Add a remark when something needs explaining. Dispatch sees every update straight away.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Close out a delivery right at the door. Capture the receiver's signature on screen, take a photo or attach a file (JPG, PNG or PDF), and add the receiver's mobile number and delivery notes.

LIVE TRACKING
Turn on tracking for an active trip, and your position is shared with dispatch, so they always know where the delivery is. Tracking only runs while the app is open and tracking is switched on. You stay in control.

ATTENDANCE
Check in when your shift starts and check out when it ends. Your check-ins for the day are listed with their times.

YOUR PROFILE
See your rating and performance, change your password, and sign out when you hand the phone over.
