Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is pretty easy within the app.
 
- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage
It is recommended to wear your aligners for at least 22 hours each day. The app’s wear-time tracking feature will help you stick to this schedule every day.

Very bad service. It's a take to even book one's preferred therapist, and on the very day of the appointment these guys change the person. I have been making calls and raising complaints every time since a couple of months. Also hardly any results in hair reduction even after 10 sessions. adding on.. it's a very bad app and beyond horrible customer service. the technicians are good. but the company Skinnsi really needs major improvements.

I'm extremely disappointed with Toothsi. They keep making unnecessary and frequent calls, even after repeatedly asking them to stop. It's becoming very annoying and feels like harassment. Moreover, when I tried to delete my account, they did not send the OTP required to complete the process. It seems like they’re intentionally making it difficult for users to opt out. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Despite disconnecting one number and even resorting to blocking it, your representatives continue to contact me using multiple different numbers.
