Ratings and reviews

Loved the idea of getting everyone pre-registered but it just doesn't work. It both shows the group as empty and says it's full when I try to add people. I had to try and retry adding people. I called support and they were very friendly and told me they have loads of problems on this technical side and recommend just getting it sorted at the venue... Appreciate the support person and their honesty, but this this app is garbage.

The 1st visit it double charged me for our order. We didn't receive a double order of food so clearly not an ordering error. The 2nd visit the appetizer order went smoothly. When we attempted to order lunch it told me I couldn't order because my bill was not available. Closing the app and logging back in did not give me the option to select our bay or order. Resign yourself to knowing your server is going to have to do/fix everything. The servers are aware of the app issues and frustrations.

Typically don't write reviews unless particular circumstances permit such. In this case, there's no point to the app other than when you're already at your reservation, unless you're one of the unlucky few that get robbed of their funds. Everything else can be done online, since even reservations are done through an iframe. If anything, you have less of a chance to book through the application than when you use a browser.
