Literally can't do anything. The game loads fine but after being open for 3 seconds I can't get anything to work except the shortcuts menu on the bottom. Once I click on that, I can move throughout the app by closing the shortcuts menu and reopening it, but the shortcut menu won't disappear once open. Obviously this has nothing to do with internet connection, apps running in the background or anything else, this is an app issue. Save yourself the trouble of apologizing and fix it.

Ridiculous lag, slow loading & kills the app after a few minutes. Clearing cache does not work. I work in tech repair and know phones. This is an app issue 100%. I know, I know..."We appreciate the feedback. We've passed it on to the appropriate department. Try clearing your phones cache. Email support if you still have problems." Update to response: It is the only app running, all unnecessary background processes not running also. All boxes are checked on obvious things like that.

We suggest limiting the number of apps running in the background and making sure you have a strong wifi or cellular connection. When I first got the app I enjoyed it. I stopped using it after finding some of the tasks were made impossible by other collectors hoarding. I started back and ignored certain things but now it's changed. I really dislike the card layout across the bottom in all of the apps I have, especially when it highlights the special card that is in the pack, ruining the thrill of finding out as you "flip" through. Could you please make an option for the old way? Thanks!
