If you feel the need to get better and make a positive change in your life, rely on Sygmund, his network of psychologists and psychotherapists and the effectiveness of his innovative model.

Sygmund puts you in contact in a simple and fast way with psychologists and psychotherapists online with whom you can carry out sessions via video call directly in the App.

In the App you will also find a personal therapeutic diary. If you want, you can share it at any time with your reference professional.

Sygmund is a project registered with the National Health Service, supervised by the Order of Psychologists and an external scientific committee to ensure an effective experience and the highest quality of service.

· The algorithm will identify the professionals best suited to your needs.

· You can choose between the three professionals proposed and make a first contact for free.

The psychologist or psychotherapist will explain how to proceed and together you will decide if:

o Start psychotherapy sessions;

o Undertake a path of psychological counseling on a specific topic, with specific objectives to immediately start taking care of your mental well-being.


You will also have the opportunity to access free texts, tools and exercises available as additional content directly in the App.

At any time you feel the need to speak to a professional, you will have the opportunity to use the CALL NOW function which will allow you to immediately get in touch with a psychotherapist. This service is paid, you will find all the information directly in the App.
