TFIS Crew is the driver companion app for the TotalSecure Fleet Intelligence System (TFIS), the platform fleet operators
use to keep vehicles safe, productive, and on schedule. Built for the people behind the wheel, TFIS Crew turns the
operator's dashboard into a clean, focused view that shows drivers exactly what they need — their assigned vehicle, the
current trip, real-time alerts, and important messages from the operations team — all in one place.

With TFIS Crew, drivers can see their active trip, route progress, and vehicle status as it happens, with trips logged
automatically so there is no need to check in manually. Real-time safety alerts notify drivers about ADAS and DSM events
such as harsh braking, lane departure, distraction, and fatigue, helping you adjust on the road and finish each shift
safer. Open the app and you can immediately see the vehicle you are driving, its current status, and any open alarms
before you start. Past trips, distance, duration, and flagged events are available in your trip history for self-review
and reporting, and geofence awareness lets you know when you enter or leave depots, delivery sites, customer locations,
or restricted zones defined by your operator. Speeding events and driving performance summaries help you improve over
time, while operator messages keep you in sync with your dispatcher without switching apps. Trip data is captured even
when the signal drops and syncs automatically when you are back online.

TFIS Crew is intended for professional drivers operating vehicles under fleets that use the TotalSecure Fleet
Intelligence System. A driver account provided by your fleet administrator is required to sign in — there is no public
sign-up. If you are a fleet operator who would like to provide your drivers with a companion app that mirrors the TFIS
platform, please contact your TotalSecure account manager to enable driver accounts for your team.

Your account, trips, and vehicle data are scoped to your fleet, and information is not shared across organizations.
Location data is collected to support trip tracking, geofencing, and operational reporting required by your fleet
operator, and communication with the TFIS platform uses secure channels. The full privacy policy is available inside the
app and on the TotalSecure website. For sign-in help, vehicle assignment changes, or trip-related questions, drivers
