Not accurate. Appears to reproduce timetables when the real time tracking fails. Leaves you waiting for buses that aren't coming. Stupid programming, like the first screen map being zoomed out easy to far. Have to click three times to see the map showing the bus you're looking for. And it always remembered where you were six hours ago. (That's not very useful!). Finally, the back button logs you out. All in all, an ineptly designed app.

live tracking sometimes isn't accurate. twice now I have waited for buses only to discover that the bus has disappeared from tracking and not going to the stop. so I wait and wait, thinking it is not available anymore, so end up taking a different bus, only to discover minutes later my original bus is back on live tracking. Annoying, and like tonight has added 20 minutes to my journey.

This is what happens when govt gets involved in apps. An app that is not user friendly and has less features than the already cumbersome web search. a lack of easy to find menu options, ie show stations only not all locations, most direct route, least changes, fastest, etc. an essential commuter travel tool turned kindknto a junk app. don't bother with it until they move into w1st century for Ux
