I wanted to uninstall/reinstall a game that was buggy. I knew I would lose my data if I did that, so I downloaded this app and backed up the game. Upon trying to use this app to restore my game files, it simply gives me an error that the app is not compatible with my device--which, of course, makes no sense. Upon reinstalling the game, I have lost absilutely all of my data. Hours and hours spent, gone.

big note for you all who's reading this, this app does not backup your data that you worked on. this is meant to backup the apps that is no longer available on many devices by turning them into apk files. you'll lose all your data but it keeps the app itself if you accidentally deleted it when it's no longer available on store anymore. if you want to keep your data or save it, this is not for you.

I need to be linked to some kind of transfer incase someone breaks into my phone and starts hardwiring my apps and locks me out of my phone with bluetooth again. Back-up is erasable. Seriously afraid to tech out incase thats what does it. Do I need to purchase my information? How do I make my purchase of the phone recognizable across any platform, personally, without the struggles.
