credits never show Besides the fact that you can only buy credits for the location you are at... they tend to process but never show up. why cant I buy credits .. and use them anywhere I want? If I travel out of state and want to use touchtunes, then the credits I buy are only good at that location. That's dumb. I may never be there for 6 months. Plus they expire! This is retarded. I'd only use this app or waste money buying credits if they go back to using credits at any location. Maybe then I'll give it a 2.
DATA HOG Used 1.2 gig of data in one evening. How, I do not know. I'm on a 1 gig plan so that cost about a dollar a song just on data. Obviously a poor ways to blow entertainment dollars. Asked for an edit. No reason to edit. 20 songs cost me 15 dollars of data. That shouldn't even be possible. It's inconceivable.
Thanks for ruining the app! you are now going to save me $200 plus per month. this is the worst case scenario for trying to improve something that was not broken ! You are going to lose a ton of money hard to understand why you would do such a thing ?????
Totally changed and Ruined I can't my head around this Spring 2016 update. The old way wasn't perfect but it was much more user friendly then this. Why are my playlists so difficult to access now? Why is the social aspect which could have been inproved completely abandoned? The new "comments" after every song choice was very juvenile and seems to decreased after some out cry. I am disappointed I am not longer able to add or edit songs the way we used to. Bummer
No longer useful Had problems using my debit card and the problem still exists. Haven't been able to use the app in over a year. They asked me to email them and suggested that I didn't have any money in my account. Yea that's the problem. Used to love this app. Very disappointed, especially with the terrible customer service.
Was forced to upgrade to the latest June 2016 version... this is a POS. It locks up my phone, then I get "no internet connection" error. Can't even get past that. Running on Galaxy S5. All other apps works flawlessly. This upgrade is broken...and I want to know where my $20 of credits I purchased <2 mos ago went... can I reinstall prior version ? Update : The response from the vendor is a canned response with no merit or substance. This is the response they have given everyone who has rated this app poor... The help button is NOT available, as the app won't even fully load to get to that point. The developers have missed the mark on this and it will reflect poorly on TouchTunes and it's revenue generation. Perhaps the establishments who have these systems would be interested in a competitive product. TouchTunes, do the right thing and rather than ignore obvious issues with your development and QA process, fix the app so we can use it.
