I downloaded this app. I bought credits, played songs on my local jukebox. To my horror....my credit card keeps getting charged 5 dollars for each song I played...in addition to using my credits up. Why would anyone pay 5$ to hear one song? Nobody at Touchtunes seems to care, nor refund me. I just want them to delete my account, and I cannot even get that done. Guess I will uninstall the app...and get a credit card replacement with new numbers so they cannot keep charging me illegally!

Terrible. Can't get to connect to any jukebox anywhere. I tried reaching out to support and get no response. This is an awful experience and will be not supporting this less than desirable wannabe jukebox app. Now I'm stuck with credits that I bought that I can't use. Followed every instruction recommended, reinstalled, restarted app and phone, tried toggling airplane mode, tried using a wifi connection.

Used to love this app, now everytime I launch it, it stays on the purple startup screen and won't load!!! I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled it ... Nothing works!!! So just beware .... I'm now out money that I used to purchase the coins/tokens to play music!!! Can I get a refund???? .... I did what was suggested, the app is Finally back up and running BUT I'm missing ALL of my credits!! TRIED emailing 3 times, delivery failed because your your mailbox is FULL!!! REFUND
