I have used this app for many years and liked it, but sometime in the last few months, the predictions have gotten awful. The context stuff bothers me less, but it's suggesting misspelled words and gibberish the majority of the time. I used to be able to check spellings via the predictions, but now I have to look up words like it's twenty years ago. Technology is supposed to get better, not worse. If it doesn't improve soon, I'm ditching it.

EDIT; Reducing to 1 star. I was right about the trajectory; ORIGINAL:This used to be a five star app with an uncanny ability to predict what I wanted to type. Now, it fights with me all the time, insisting on correcting properly-typed text into actual gibberish even when I am repeating a phrase it should have learned via personalization. I can't find anything better at prediction or that has arrow keys, so I am sticking with this for now, but I really don't like this app's current trajectory.

I've used SwiftKey for over a decade, now, I think, but it really seems to be a shadow of its former self. I used to be able to effectively train it, like auto-capitalizing both letters in AI whenever I type ai. That hasn't really been a possibility for a while. Now, no matter how many times I attempt to train it, SwiftKey corrects it to Ai. That's just one example of many. I'm really not looking forward to familiarizing myself with a new keyboard app, but it's time to look for an alternative.
